Who is Mayra Rocha?
She is the founder of @Eldinerosiimporta, a media platform focused on empowering and informing Latinos about personal and business finances so they can make better decisions with their money, while taking the stigma out of discussing finances.
Rocha is also an award-winning news journalist, with a National Emmy Award and two other nominations. For the past 15 years, as a journalist she has interviewed politicians and leaders for the most respected Spanish-language news program in the United States "Aquí y Ahora".
Rocha is also an On-Air financial analyst for Univision Network’s main programs such as 24/7, Al Punto, Primer Impacto, Univision Noticias, TDN tu radio.
She is the creator, presenter and producer of the series “Financial Fitness” which is on Univision's main platforms. She is also a producer of the personal finance series : Cafe Dato for Univision.
She is a business advisor where through her cross-functional experience in finance, strategy and operations, digital media; helps small businesses scale to the next level. She graduated from the University of Virginia at the Darden School of Business and received her BA from the University of Miami in Media and International Relations.
